It is hard to do things alone. John Wesley’s “no religion but social” means that true Christian faith is lived out in community, with love and accountability, and that this communal life naturally expresses itself in justice, mercy, and service — but the core idea is that you cannot be holy alone.
Here at Rockbridge, we invite you to find your community in one of our small groups. It could be one of our monthly gatherings, one of the groups in Cedar Park or Leander, or even far off in Lago Vista. Regardless of when or where, we invite you to find your place.

Big questions go better with good company. Pub Theology, also known as Theology on Tap, is Rockbridge Church’s monthly faith discussion group for adults in Cedar Park, Leander and the greater Northwest Austin area. Pull up a chair at The Good Lot in Cedar Park for an evening of honest, open conversation about faith, doubt, scripture and everyday life, with topics ranging from difficult Bible passages and the problem of suffering to science and faith and Christian unity. Rooted in the Wesleyan tradition of the United Methodist Church, our table has three simple rules: everyone gets to share, we speak from our own experience, and we listen with respect. You don’t need to be a partner of Rockbridge, a United Methodist, or even sure what you believe. Whether you’re looking for a church in Cedar Park or Leander, a small group, or just a thoughtful conversation over a pint or a coffee, there’s a seat for you.

We’re always looking for eager and equipped folks to lead ministries at Rockbridge. If that’s you, simply click the button to let us know you’re interested.
